When topics close on their own

So open topics don't pile up, Clearly closes them on its own.

• No activity for 30 days: the topic closes as Closed · no activity or Closed · no reply. You get a heads-up 2 days before.
• A proposal not accepted within 30 days: the topic closes as Closed · not accepted. The parent who hasn't answered gets a heads-up 3 days before.

Any new message restarts the 30 days. In the last 7 days, the topic shows Closes in N days.

Closed topics stay on the record, in full. To pick it up again, start a new topic.
