Close or withdraw a topic you started

If you started a topic and it's sorted or no longer needed, you can close it. It stays on the record.

iPhone appWeb app

On iPhone

You can close a topic you started until your co-parent replies.

  1. Open the topic and tap ••• at the top right, then Close topic.
  2. Choose Sorted or No longer needed.

On the web

  1. Open the topic you started.
  2. In the side panel, click Withdraw topic and confirm.

Either way, the topic stays on the record and your co-parent is told. Once your co-parent has replied, a topic ends with a resolution you both accept, or closes on its own after 30 quiet days.
