Clearly uses AI to help summarize messages in neutral tones. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated summaries before they are shared. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of content you create in Clearly. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
Information you share through Clearly (approved messages, schedules, expenses) will be visible to your linked co-parent. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any information you add to the app.
Clearly is a communication and coordination tool. We are not a legal service and do not provide legal advice. Our service does not replace professional legal counsel, mediation, or court orders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Clearly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
