How Clearly works.

Clearly gives every conversation with your co-parent a clear way to end: an answer, an OK, or an agreement you both accept.

The schedule, the money and the kids’ details live in the same place, the same for both of you.

Get started

1. Set up your family.

Sign up at web.getclearly.app on any computer or phone, or in the companion iPhone app. Add your kids, choose a custody pattern (2-2-3, 5-2-2-5, week on week off and others, or your own), holidays and summer, and how you split expenses. Most parents are done in under ten minutes.

Made a plan with the free plan builder? Enter its code and Clearly sets your family up with it.

2. Invite your co-parent.

Send your invite code by email or text. Your co-parent creates their own account, joins free, and sees the same schedule, plan and record you do.

3. Talk in topics.

A question gets a Yes or No. One tap, on the topic itself.

An FYI gets an OK. So you know it was seen.

A conversation ends in an agreement. When you settle something, Clearly writes up what you both agreed, and you each accept the same words. "Not yet" keeps talking.

Nothing is edited or deleted. Every post stays on the record exactly as written, with the time it was sent and when it was read.

4. Help when a conversation needs it.

Most messages go straight through. When one would start a fight, Clearly steps in like a mediator and suggests wording that moves things toward an answer. You choose what to send.

For a topic that has gone quiet or keeps circling, Clearly shows where it stands: what’s settled, what’s still open, and a friendly next step. It never takes sides.

5. The rest of co-parenting, in one place.

Schedule. The custody calendar with holidays and summer, swap requests, events, and a private link to add it all to Apple or Google Calendar.

Expenses. Log them with a receipt photo, split them by your plan, and pay back with Venmo, Cash App or PayPal.

Kids and contacts. Birthdays, allergies and medications, and everyone both homes need to reach.

Records. Export the full record or an exhibit as a PDF with a document ID on every page. How records work

A professional. Give your lawyer, mediator or therapist a free, read-only view of the areas you choose. Your co-parent is always told. For professionals

Questions about how it works.

Do both parents need Clearly? Yes. Clearly works once your co-parent joins. They join free with your invite code and use their own account.

Does it work on Android? Yes. Clearly runs in the browser at web.getclearly.app on any Android phone, with everything the iPhone app has, on the same record.

Does Clearly change what I write? No. It can suggest wording when a message would start a fight, and you choose what to send. Whatever you send stays on the record exactly as written.

What happens to a topic nobody answers? A topic with no activity for 30 days closes and stays on the record. A proposed agreement that isn’t accepted within 30 days closes as not accepted. It is never treated as agreed.

Does it work in my language? Yes. Write in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Tagalog or most other languages, and Clearly’s suggestions and write-ups come back in your language. The menus are in English.

How much does it cost? $24.99 a month or $249 a year, for the whole family, with a 14-day free trial. See pricing at getclearly.app/pricing.
