Two plans, the same Clearly.

Monthly: $24.99 a month. Cancel anytime.

Yearly: $249 a year. That’s $51 less than twelve months.

Everything is included in both. Topics that end in an answer, help with wording when a conversation needs it, the custody schedule and swaps, expenses, the shared plan, court-ready records, and sharing with a professional.

US prices. On the web, sales tax may be added at checkout where it applies. In the iPhone app, the App Store shows the price for your country.

One subscription covers both parents.

Whichever parent subscribes covers you both, on the web and iPhone. Your co-parent creates their own account with your invite code and never pays.

If you agree to share the cost, log it as an expense like any other, split the way your plan says.

Start with 14 days free.

For new subscribers. The trial starts when a parent subscribes. On the web a card is needed to start it; on iPhone it’s Apple’s free trial, through your Apple ID.

Cancel before it ends and you aren’t charged. On iPhone, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

A free month from a professional. A lawyer, mediator or therapist can invite your family with 30 days of Clearly, free and with no card. It starts when your family is set up.

What’s always free.

Your record. Reading, searching and exporting everything you’ve recorded, as PDFs or a spreadsheet, with or without a subscription.

Setting up. Adding your kids, schedule and plan before your co-parent joins.

Professionals. The read-only professional view is free for lawyers, mediators, therapists and parenting coordinators, always. Clearly never pays professionals for inviting families.

Your calendar link, and sharing with a professional.

Posting, replying, logging expenses and swaps, and inviting your co-parent need the family’s subscription. If it ends, Clearly becomes read-only and nothing is deleted.

Questions about pricing.

How much does Clearly cost? $24.99 a month or $249 a year in the US. One subscription covers both parents.

Does my co-parent have to pay? No. One subscription covers the family. Your co-parent joins free with your invite code.

Is there a free trial? Yes. New subscribers get 14 days free. A card is needed to start it on the web, or your Apple ID on iPhone, and you aren’t charged if you cancel before it ends.

Is there a free version? There’s no free tier. Reading, searching and exporting your record are always free, and professionals never pay.

What happens if I cancel? You and your co-parent keep full access to the end of the period you paid for. Then Clearly becomes read-only. Everything stays on the record, and you can still read, search and export it.

Can I get a refund? For web purchases, Clearly refunds mistaken charges reported within 30 days, for example a double charge. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases.

Is it the same price on the web and iPhone? The US price is the same. One subscription works on both, whichever one you subscribe on.

What you’re paying for.

Clearly is co-parenting communication for the web and iPhone. Conversations happen in topics that end in a clear answer or a resolution you both accept, and when one would start a fight, Clearly helps with the wording. The schedule, expenses, the shared plan and a record anyone can check sit alongside, for both of you.
