What the platform produces

Clearly generates:

  • Chronological records of parent-to-parent communication
  • Original user-authored messages (preserved as the canonical record)
  • System-generated topic summaries (clearly labeled and separated)
  • Resolution attempts, confirmations, and outcomes

Each record includes clear distinction between:

  • Mutual agreement
  • Resolution attempts without response
  • Inactivity-based archiving

All exports include provenance information and disclaimers.

How records are exported

Records can be exported as a single, comprehensive PDF covering all topics within a selected time range (default: last 90 days; optional: all time).

Exports include an index of topics followed by full message timelines for each topic. Message bodies are included by default.

A raw CSV export is also available for advanced or forensic review.

Neutrality and integrity

Clearly is designed to preserve neutrality.

  • The platform does not score, rank, or evaluate behavior
  • Silence is not treated as agreement
  • System actions (such as closure due to inactivity) are explicitly labeled
  • All records are time-stamped and immutable after submission
  • System-generated content is clearly distinguished from user-authored content

For attorneys, mediators, and evaluators

  • Reduces ambiguity around "what happened when"
  • Preserves full context instead of excerpts or screenshots
  • Minimizes interpretive framing by the platform
  • Supports faster review and preparation
  • Produces records that are consistent across exports

What the platform does not do

Clearly does not:

  • Provide legal advice
  • Make recommendations
  • Determine fault or intent
  • Replace professional judgment
  • Interpret communications on behalf of the reader

Common questions

Can these records be used as evidence?

Clearly produces time-stamped, unaltered records of communication. Whether any document is admissible depends on jurisdiction, case type, and judicial discretion. The platform provides factual records; evidentiary determinations remain with the court and counsel.

Does the platform interpret or analyze behavior?

No. Clearly captures what was communicated and when. It does not score, rank, or evaluate either parent's behavior. System-generated summaries are clearly labeled and separated from original user content.

What if one parent doesn't respond?

Silence is never treated as agreement. Records explicitly distinguish between mutual agreement, resolution attempts without response, and topics archived due to inactivity. Each outcome is labeled clearly in exports.

Are records tamper-proof?

All records are time-stamped and immutable after submission. Users cannot edit or delete messages once sent. Exports include provenance information and system disclaimers.
