Check a Clearly document
Every record and exhibit Clearly produces has a document ID on each page. Enter it to see what Clearly produced, then add the PDF to confirm it hasn’t been changed.
What this check tells you
The document ID confirms Clearly produced a document under that ID, and shows when, for which family, how many pages, and who asked for it (a parent, or a professional with a parent’s permission). No messages or other content are ever shown here.
Adding the PDF compares its fingerprint (SHA-256) with the one Clearly recorded when it produced the file. If even one character or page has changed, they won’t match. The check runs in your browser: the file isn’t sent anywhere.
Messages in Clearly can’t be edited or deleted by anyone after they’re sent, and every time is set by Clearly’s servers. More about how records are kept is on the last pages of each document.
