Reply and answer
Answer a question in one tap, mark an FYI as seen, or write a reply. On iPhone you can add a photo.
Quick answers
- A quick question shows Yes and No.
- A question that needs a few words shows a box for your answer.
- An FYI shows OK on iPhone or OK, seen on the web.
Once either of you writes a reply, the topic becomes a conversation and the one-tap buttons go away.
Write a reply
On iPhone: type in the Reply… box and tap Send. Tap the expand icon for a bigger box. With an empty box, Draft a reply suggests one based on the conversation.
On the web: type in the box and click send, or press ⌘+Enter (Ctrl+Enter on Windows).
Replies can be up to 5,000 characters.
Add a photo
On iPhone, tap the photo button next to the reply box, then Take photo or Choose from library. The photo stays in that topic, on the record. Photos can be viewed on the web, but they're added from the iPhone app.
