What Clearly is and how the pieces fit

Clearly is a co-parenting app for two parents, on the web and iPhone, with a free read-only portal for the professionals they choose.

Clearly gives two co-parents one shared place for messages, the custody schedule, shared expenses and the parenting plan. Everything you post stays on the record exactly as written, with times recorded by the server.

Three ways in

  • Clearly on the web at web.getclearly.app. Works in any current browser on a computer, an Android phone, an iPad or a tablet.
  • The iPhone app, from the App Store. It is a companion to the web app: same account, same record.
  • The professional portal at web.getclearly.app/pro, a free, read-only view for the lawyer, mediator, therapist or parenting coordinator a parent invites.

You and your co-parent can use different ones. One of you can be on an Android phone and the other on iPhone.

What's in it

  • Topics. Each conversation is a topic that ends in an answer or a resolution you both accept. See How topics work.
  • Schedule. Your custody pattern, holidays, summer, events and swap requests. See Set up your custody schedule.
  • Expenses. Log a shared cost, split it, attach a receipt and settle up. See Log an expense.
  • Shared. Kids, health details, contacts and the parts of your parenting plan you both see.
  • Records. PDFs and spreadsheets of your record, each PDF with a document ID anyone can check. See Export your record.
  • Professionals. Give the professional you work with a read-only view of the areas you choose. See Invite a professional.

What it costs

One subscription covers both parents, on the web and iPhone. Reading, searching and exporting your record are always free. Professionals never pay. See Plans and prices.
