Bring your calendar, contacts and records from another app
Import a calendar file, contacts and past records on the web. Files are kept exactly as they are, marked as imported.
On the web, Import from another app brings what you already have into Clearly. Open it from Settings, then Import from another app, then Start an import, or from the Records page.
Choose where you're coming from: OurFamilyWizard, TalkingParents, AppClose, Cozi, 2houses or something else. Clearly shows where to look for that app's export option. Menus change between versions, so look for "export" or "download" in its settings.
Calendar
- Export your calendar from the other app as an .ics file (up to 5 MB).
- Upload it. Clearly reads events from 3 years back to 1 year ahead. Repeating events stay a series.
- Choose whether to Include past events and which kid they're for.
- Click to add them.
Events already in Clearly with the same date and name are skipped. Each imported event notes which file it came from. Your co-parent is told.
Contacts
Upload a .vcf file, choose a type for each contact (doctor, school, and so on) and add them. Contacts already in Clearly with the same name are skipped.
Past messages and records
Upload a PDF, image, CSV, text or Word file, up to 25 MB. Give it a name, say where it's from and what dates it covers.
Clearly keeps the file exactly as it is, marked as imported. It isn't turned into Clearly messages. See Imported records.
