Create your Clearly account

If your co-parent already uses Clearly, ask them for an invite link or code first and follow Join your co-parent's family instead. Joining is free.

On the web

1. Go to web.getclearly.app/signup.
2. Enter Your name, Email and Password.
3. Tick I agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
4. Click Create account.

In the iPhone app

1. Open Clearly and tap Get started.
2. Enter First name, Email and Create a password.
3. Tap Create account.

Password rules

Your password needs at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number. Clearly also turns down passwords that have appeared in a known data breach, because they are easy to guess. Only a short, scrambled piece of the password is checked; the password itself is never sent anywhere.

Confirming your email

If you're asked to confirm your email, open the message from Clearly and tap the link, then sign in. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
