Reset a forgotten password

On the web

1. Go to web.getclearly.app/login (or /pro/login for professionals).
2. Enter your email, then click Forgot your password?.
3. Open the email from Clearly and click the link.
4. On Choose a new password, enter it and click Save password.

On iPhone

1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Forgot password?.
2. Open the email on your iPhone and tap the link. Clearly opens on Reset password.
3. Enter the new password twice and tap Update password.

It's the same password for the web and iPhone.

If the email doesn't arrive, check spam or junk, and wait a minute before asking again. See I can't sign in.
