Delete your account

Delete your account from Settings. If your co-parent stays, the shared record stays in their account without your name.

iPhone appWeb app

Deleting your account can't be undone. You may want to export your record first.

On the web

  1. Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete my account.
  2. Read what will happen, type DELETE, and click Delete for good.

On iPhone

  1. Open Settings and tap your profile card.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm each step.

What happens

  • Your profile and login are deleted, along with your swap requests and your exports.
  • If your co-parent uses Clearly, what you shared (topics, messages, expenses and events) stays in their record, shown as "Former co-parent".
  • If your co-parent hasn't joined, the family's record is deleted, files included.
  • Any professional's access you shared ends.
  • You get a confirmation email.

Your subscription

  • Web: it stops renewing.
  • App Store: deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Cancel it in the iPhone Settings app first. See Cancel your subscription.

Either way, your family keeps Clearly to the end of the period that was paid for.
