Change your email or password

Change your sign-in email or password from Settings on the web or iPhone.

On the web

Go to Settings, then Signing in.

  • Email: enter the new address. Clearly sends a confirmation link to both the old and the new address. The change takes effect when you confirm.
  • Password: enter the new password twice and click Change password.

On iPhone

Open Settings and tap your profile card.

  • Email: change it and tap Send link, then confirm from your email.
  • Password: tap Change password and Send link. Open the email on your iPhone and set the new password.

Passwords need at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
