Export your record as a PDF or spreadsheet

Exporting is always free, with or without a subscription.

On the web

1. In the sidebar, open Records.
2. Choose Last 30 days, Last 90 days or All time.
3. Under For every PDF, choose Children's full names or Initials only, and optionally a state for the declaration.
4. Choose what to download: - Full record (PDF): click Create PDF. - Spreadsheets: Topics, Expenses or Schedule & swaps as CSV files.

On iPhone

1. Open Settings, then Support, then Export data.
2. Choose the record range, and how children are named in the PDF.
3. Tap Full record (PDF), Build an exhibit (PDF) or All data (CSV).
4. The file opens in the share sheet, so you can save it to Files, print it, or send it.

What's in a PDF

Every page carries a document ID, so anyone can check the PDF is genuine and unchanged. See Check a Clearly document.
