Build an exhibit

An exhibit is a timeline of just the entries you need, such as everything about school pickups since March.

On the web

1. Open Records and find Build an exhibit.
2. Set From and To, choose Both parents or one parent, and add a keyword if you like.
3. Choose what to include: messages, outcomes, schedule changes and expenses.
4. Tick Only flagged entries to see only entries with a flag, such as no reply for 2 or more days, a resolution not accepted, a declined swap or a disputed expense.
5. Click Build timeline, check it, then click Exhibit PDF or CSV.

On iPhone

1. Open Settings, then Export data, then Build an exhibit (PDF).
2. Set the dates, who it was written by, and words it contains.
3. Choose what to include, and whether to show flagged entries only.
4. Tap Create exhibit (PDF).

Flags are facts from the record. Clearly doesn't judge who was right.
