Read a case

Open a case from your Dashboard or the sidebar.

Overview

• What's new since your last visit: posts, topics closed, expenses logged, schedule changes and events added.
• Each shared area at a glance: open topics, the next exchange, unpaid and disputed totals.
• Patterns in the record: for each parent, typical reply time, topics waiting on them, resolutions proposed and accepted, schedule changes asked and answered, and expenses logged. These are counts from the record, not scores.
• Parenting time for the year so far, if the schedule is shared.

Read-only

You see the record exactly as the parents do. You can't post or change anything, and nothing you do appears in their conversation. Both parents can see what you open.

Areas not shared

An area the family didn't share shows with a lock. To see it, ask the parent who shared the case to turn it on. They do it from Professionals on the web, or Settings, then Professionals, on iPhone, then Change access.

Your own name for a case

Open the case menu and choose Rename case or matter no. to add your label and file number. Only you see them.
