Invite a family to Clearly

1. On your Dashboard, click Invite a family.
2. Enter the parent's email and, if you like, their name.
3. Under What you'd like them to share, check the areas. Clearly suggests areas for your role. The parent can change them.
4. Leave Include a free month of Clearly for them on, or turn it off.
5. Add a short note if you like, such as "Ahead of our first session on Nov 12".
6. Click Send invitation.

The email comes from hello@getclearly.app, and replies go to you. If it doesn't arrive, ask them to check their spam folder.

What happens next

• The parent sets up their family first. Then Clearly asks whether to share with you, and they choose the areas.
• Nothing is shared without their yes. If they share, their co-parent is told.
• The invitation shows as Shared with you once they do, and the case appears under Active.

The free month

30 days of full access on the web and iPhone, no card needed, starting when they set up. It's a gift to the family, theirs whether or not they share. Clearly never pays professionals for referrals, and families are told so.

Manage invitations

Go to Settings, then Families you invited, to Resend, Edit, cancel or delete one. You can send up to 25 invitations a day. An invitation expires 60 days after it was last sent.
