What a professional can see

Only the areas you share, read-only, as you see them. Never your email, payment details or subscription.

You choose each area a professional can see:

Topics: topics, replies, read receipts and resolutions.
Messages paused for wording: a count over time of messages Clearly held back. Never the words, which aren't kept.
Schedule: the parenting schedule, events and swap requests.
Expenses: shared expenses, receipts and payments.
Family info: children, contacts and places.
Records: PDFs of the record, plus downloads of topics, expenses, the calendar and imported documents.

Always private

A professional sees parents by name only. They never see your email address, payment details, subscription or family code.

Professionals can't post, reply, answer, log or change anything. Nothing they do shows in your conversations.
