Email notifications
Choose emails for topics, the schedule and expenses. Emails say what happened, never what anyone wrote.

Change your emails
On the web: go to Settings, then Email notifications.
On iPhone: open Settings, then Email notifications.
Turn Email me on or off, and choose Topics and replies, Schedule and Expenses. It's one setting, so a change on the web also applies on iPhone.
What's in them
An email tells you what happened, for example that your co-parent replied in a topic, and links to it. It never includes what anyone wrote. You get at most one email per topic every 30 minutes.
Emails you always get
Clearly always emails you when your co-parent joins, and when professional access to your record changes.
